ILF 2024 International Leadership Symposium

The International Leadership Foundation, Atlanta Branch Presents!

As April rolls around, the Atlanta branch of the International Leadership Foundation brought back, once again, its annual Leadership Symposium that took place on the 28th. Seeking to foster substantial leadership in the highschoolers of the Atlanta area, the foundation invited numerous speakers to shed light on their own leadership journey and impart their nuggets of knowledge to these young aspiring leaders!

The co-founders of N&V LLC, Betty and Angelina, were given the fortunate opportunity to be the hosts and organizers of the event and ensured the success of the congregation. With the collaboration of their whole team, the event crew, consisting of only freshmen to juniors, hosted yet another successful symposium!

Speakers for the Event

Gloriana Teh

Gloriana Teh is the founder and owner of Claritas Consulting & Coaching. She provides talent development along with leadership and career coaching services to a multitude of organizations. She is a certified Harrison Assessments solutions provider and a Positive Intelligence coach. Gloriana has over 20 years of corporate experience working with multinational companies. She is a chemical engineer by training and has led large, complex projects, including a billion-dollar portfolio optimization program for a Fortune 500 company.

Michelle Su

Michelle will be graduating from Northview High School in Johns Creek, GA and attends Brown University in the fall. She has been with ILF Atlanta since 2021, and has led this very event for the past 2 years. She has held leadership positions in numerous clubs including Beta, FBLA, and Speech and Debate. When she had time outside of school Michelle plays on the varsity basketball team at Northview and is an artist who loves to sketch and paint.

Devon Yau

Devon will be graduating from Chattahoochee High School in Johns Creek, GA. He has been involved with ILF Atlanta since middle school, participated in the Youth Leadership Academy in 2021, and has helped host this very event for the past three years! He holds leadership positions with many diverse clubs in and outside of his school – ranging from the National English Honors Society to the Beta club. Outside of school, he competes in track and field and loves to read. He is passionate about all sports, literature/translations, and all things music related.
